Came to Rockford just to try out Candy Cloud and was not disappointed. They were very busy, however I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I made it out with 4 ice creams and a drink. The brown sugar Boba ice cream was amazing (especially if you enjoy lots of boba), and my husband enjoyed his chocolate cake ice cream. Definitely want to come back again!!
